We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Patient Co-ordinator. As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries, and ensuring a smooth patient journey.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care, responding to patient queries and concerns in a sensitive and empathetic manner

• Maintain accurate records and data, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection policies

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners

• Utilise effective communication skills, including active listening, to resolve patient queries and concerns

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathise with patients and colleagues

• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems

• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
