About the Role

We are recruiting for a Learning and Development Assistant to join our team at Getting In Limited in St Albans. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with children and support their development within a Montessori setting.

As a Learning and Development Assistant, you will play a key role in planning and delivering engaging activities that promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

You will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that children receive high-quality care and education that meets their individual needs.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver activities that meet the needs of all children in your care.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
  • Meet individual child needs and complete apprenticeship standards within a set timeframe.
  • Complete bespoke childcare courses and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practice.

As a Learning and Development Assistant at Getting In Limited, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and knowledge. You will also have access to opportunities for professional development and career progression.
