Job Overview

This role involves Line Managing a team of Learning Support Assistants and providing support to students with autism and other special needs.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the Curriculum, parents, and carers to ensure accurate information is shared.
  • Chair EHCP reviews.
  • Line Manage a team of Learning Support Assistants.
Skills and Qualifications
  1. Good standard of education or extensive experience.
  2. Experience supporting students with specific additional needs in an educational environment.
  3. Proficient level of ICT skills (Office 365).
  4. Knowledge of Safeguarding.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, based on the job title and location.
