Education Assistant

We are seeking an Education Assistant - SEMH Specialist to join our team at SENDhelp Limited. As an Education Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
Your key responsibilities will include providing individualized support to students, developing tailored plans to meet their unique needs, and collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a patient and empathetic approach, and a strong understanding of the importance of supporting students with SEMH needs.
A relevant qualification in education or a related field would be advantageous, but not essential. What is more important is your ability to demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting students with SEMH difficulties and your commitment to making a positive impact on their lives.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year
