About the Role

The successful candidate will be working closely with teachers, providing high-quality support to students with SEN, and contributing to a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Supporting students with SEN in their daily learning activities
  • Working under the guidance of teachers to develop tailored plans for students
  • Assisting in pupil supervision and progress monitoring
  • Producing learning resources and materials as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievements

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • A strong background in education or a related field
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C/Grade 4 or equivalent (although this is not essential)

We offer a competitive salary of £18-22 per hour (inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay), depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional development and growth within our company.
