Support Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Barclay House, a residential home for adults with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to maintain and improve the quality of life for our residents
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and mobility
  • Encourage and support residents to participate in activities and achieve their goals
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a safe and supportive environment

Requirements:

  • Hold a UK Manual Driving licence and be willing to drive other vehicles
  • Be empathetic, caring, and compassionate
  • Be an enthusiastic team player
  • Hold the Right to Work in the UK

About the Role:

As a Support Worker at Barclay House, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will work in a supportive and collaborative environment, with a focus on providing high-quality care and support.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £23,400 per annum, plus benefits
  • A 37.5 hour week, Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis
  • The opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team
