Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and visual impairments.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Support residents with their goals and aspirations, promoting independence and empowerment.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Hold a UK driving licence and be willing to use the company vehicle.
  • Have demonstrable experience or knowledge supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or visual impairments.
  • Be able to demonstrate empathy, a caring and compassionate nature, and excellent communication skills.
  • Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Hold the right to work in the UK.
