About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to our residents, enabling them to lead valued and fulfilled lives. You will work collaboratively with our team to create a safe and inclusive environment, promoting independence, confidence, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualised support to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage and support residents to participate in activities, hobbies, and interests.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Hold a UK driving licence and be willing to use the company vehicle.
  • Have demonstrable experience or knowledge supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or visual impairments.
  • Be able to demonstrate empathy, a caring, and compassionate nature.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
