Female Support Worker

As a Female Support Worker with SeeAbility Careers, you will be working in a dynamic environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of our service users. This role is based in Seaford, East Sussex, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide person-centred support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a comprehensive support package
• Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
• A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this role
• Exposure to two of the following areas of expertise: Mental Health, Behaviours that Challenge, Epilepsy, Autism and Learning Disabilities, Positive Behaviour Support
• A calm, caring, and resilient nature, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Enthusiasm and a proactive approach, with a willingness to handle challenging situations
About You
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. If you have a manual UK driving license and are comfortable driving alternative vehicles, we would love to hear from you. Please note that applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any skilled worker visas.
