**Role Summary**
SeeAbility is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy living environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience working in a support role, preferably in a care or community setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Right to work in the UK.
