Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred support to residents with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and visual impairments.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Support residents with their goals and aspirations, promoting independence and empowerment.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Hold a UK driving licence and be willing to use the company vehicle.
- Have experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and visual impairments.
- Be able to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a caring nature.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be flexible and willing to work a shift rota basis.
- A competitive salary of £12.00 per hour (£23,400 per annum) pro-rata, plus benefits.
