Key Responsibilities:

  1. Directly manage and contribute to the development of a placement student, who will support you in delivering business targets.
  2. Oversee forecasting and spend management for assigned customers, ensuring accurate forecasts for the supply team and commercial strategy & planning contacts.
  3. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, representing their requirements to the Kenvue business.
  4. Collaborate with customers to develop Joint Business Plans, driving key metrics for the Kenvue and business partner.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of commercial success, with expertise in sales, profitability, and share point.
  2. Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with experience in FMCG and running whole accounts or categories within large accounts.
  3. Ability to adapt to evolving business conditions and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
