We are seeking a talented Customer Development Lead to join our team at Kenvue. As a key member of our Pharmacy Team, you will be responsible for building relationships with key decision makers for new and established e-pharmacy accounts.

The successful candidate will have experience within the FMCG environment and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of strong commercial performance from sales, profitability and share points of view.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of specified business targets (sales, spend and profit targets - INS, TCI, NTS, Net GP)
  • Full forecasting and spend management, making accurate forecasts to your business team and Commercial Excellence contacts
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones, whilst identifying and progressing incremental growth opportunities within the e-pharmacy channel
