About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Lead to join our team at Vivid Rock. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through strategic planning, implementation, and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer-facing roles, with experience in project management, onboarding, and configuring IT/Software solutions. Strong technical writing skills, excellent MS Excel capabilities, and a good understanding of technology are essential for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage client relationships, providing consultancy services, and strategic advice to increase the value of our offering.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer delivery.
  • Author technical or project documentation, ensuring compliance with department procedures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding/implementation period.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record in project management, onboarding, and configuring IT/Software solutions.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills and strong technical writing abilities.
  • Good understanding of technology and data analysis tools like Power BI.
  • Full UK driving license is required.
What We Offer

Competitive salary range: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.

Hybrid work arrangement, with two days of office work near Buckingham per week.
