Logistics Systems Analyst Lead

Childrensalon, a forward-thinking retailer established in 1952, is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to lead technical projects. This role involves managing the development of Logistics and Stock systems, ensuring they remain robust and efficient.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, experience of using Microsoft applications and Jira, and the ability to effectively communicate with users and technical staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the Logistics and Stock systems, maintaining overview of all other integrated systems.
  • Manage external development teams for the Logistics and Stock systems.
  • Lead multiple technical development tasks using project delivery methodologies.
  • Support communication flow in matrix organisation for efficient achievement of project goals.
  • Keep projects on track and within budget by overseeing the full project life cycle.
  • Develop technical solutions to problems faced by other departments.
  • Monitor performance, trouble tracking and remediation for all issues.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with users and technical staff.
  • Experience of using Microsoft applications and Jira.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness and willingness to learn.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience in team leading and managing projects.
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Concern for accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Willingness to take initiative and own tasks.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
