We're looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Specialist to join our team at Childrensalon. As a key member of our Logistics team, you'll be responsible for managing technical projects and ensuring our logistics systems remain robust and efficient.

As a Technical Delivery Specialist, you'll develop the Logistics and Stock systems, managing external development teams and overseeing the full project life cycle. You'll also be responsible for supporting communication flow in matrix organisation, developing technical solutions to problems, and monitoring performance, trouble tracking and remediation for all issues.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with users and technical staff.
  • Experience of using Microsoft applications and Jira.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness and willingness to learn.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience in team leading and managing projects.
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Concern for accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Willingness to take initiative and own tasks.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
