  • Generating and Converting Leads: Work with our commercial team to proactively outreach and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Building Strong Partnerships: Develop lasting relationships with key stakeholders and deliver tailored advice to meet their business and career goals.
  • Championing Apprentice Success: Ensure apprentices thrive in their roles and provide expert guidance to support their growth.

You will be based within a dynamic team that values education and training, and is passionate about creating opportunities for individuals to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Maintain Business Relationships: Foster lasting connections with stakeholders and ensure their needs are met.
  2. Deliver High-Quality Guidance: Provide expert advice to learners, aligning them with the right courses and ensuring they achieve their goals.
  3. Promote Safeguarding and Well-being: Ensure the welfare and success of apprentices, providing support and resources to help them thrive.
  4. Engage in Continuous Professional Development: Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive success in apprenticeships.
