About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional to drive success for apprenticeships, working closely with our members and non-members to unlock career-changing opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in growing our apprenticeship provision by:

  • Generating and converting leads through proactive outreach and collaboration with our accomplished commercial team.
  • Building strong partnerships with stakeholders and delivering tailored advice to meet their business and career goals.
  • Championing the well-being and success of apprentices, ensuring they thrive in their roles.
  • Delivering high-quality guidance to stakeholders, aligning learners to the right courses.
  • Staying ahead of the curve by engaging in continuous professional development.
