About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Management Specialist to lead our team of professionals in delivering high-quality apprenticeships. The successful candidate will be responsible for performance management, ensuring contractual targets are met, and overseeing the recruitment, management, and support of tutors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of apprenticeships and funding streams, as well as strong organisational and communication skills. They will also be able to work closely with other teams, including sales, compliance, and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach to the learner experience.

Key responsibilities include leading a team of tutors, setting KPIs to ensure timely completion of apprenticeship programmes, and undertaking regular observations of teaching and learning. The role also involves monitoring delivery of functional skills, programme performance against key performance indicators, and addressing underperformance.

The National Skills Agency is committed to providing high-quality training and development opportunities to its staff. The salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 30 days' holiday, a healthcare plan, life insurance, and a pension scheme.
