Sales Performance Executive

Steven Eagell Limited is a leading car dealership in Tunbridge Wells, seeking an experienced sales professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an automotive sales role and be a team player who offers help and support to others.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand their buying strategy and encourage them to experience our product through a test drive. Key responsibilities include ensuring opportunities for sales by other teams are followed up by the most appropriate specialist.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Work with colleagues to identify opportunities for sales growth and implement effective strategies to achieve targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Previous Experience:
- A proven track record in automotive sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- A strong understanding of the automotive industry and market trends
