Role Overview:

A Commercial Relationship Manager is required to manage client accounts and drive business growth. This role involves analysing sales data, communicating with clients, and demonstrating leadership to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in food sales, commercial experience with food products, and the ability to develop and grow relationships and accounts.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing forecasting accuracy, building and developing customer databases, and planning direct marketing activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team at Always Candid as a Commercial Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and qualify commercial opportunities, chase referrals and prepare strategies to grow revenue and customers
* Develop forecasting accuracy and build and develop customer databases
* Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
* Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
* Conduct product training
* Perform quality checks on product and service delivery
* Participate in sales events
* Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

Requirements:
* Proven track record in food sales
* Commercial experience with food products required
* Strong analytical skills
* Good planning and organisational skills, with strong focus on rigorous execution
* Excellent communication and presentation skills

The Package:
* Full-time, Permanent,
* Salary up to £50,000 – depending on experience
