  • Support new team members and facilitate their integration.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and team management tools.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.

Compensation:

We offer an estimated salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
