Staff Nurse in High Dependency Setting

We are seeking a motivated Staff Nurse to join our High Dependency Setting team at the Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to patients who require respiratory support, cardiac monitoring, and other specialized treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent assessment, planning, provision, and evaluation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will contribute to the delivery of quality patient care by participating in and providing assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and promoting the safeguarding of vulnerable patients.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must be a Registered Nurse with current NMC Registration (RGN), hold an IV Drug Administration Certificate or Competencies, and have a teaching and assessing qualification or equivalent. Previous experience in Acute Medicine is highly valued.
