About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Client Leavers team as an Operations Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth closure and transfer of client accounts, maintaining the integrity of account tax wrappers, and overseeing the secure transfer of client cash.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure prompt action is taken in accordance with client account closure and transfer instructions received.
  • Liaise with the Cashiers team to ensure the prompt and accurate transfer of client cash.
  • Liaison with third parties to ensure the secure transfer of account tax wrappers.
  • Tracking and following up of outstanding items.
  • Updating of in-house Operating systems.
  • Ensure that the necessary checks relating to updating our books and records are completed appropriately.
  • Liaison with other Operations teams / staff as necessary to complete tasks.
  • To assist the Client Leavers Team Manager to ensure that the department provides an effective and efficient service.
  • Adherence to appropriate CASS regulations.
  • Additional ad-hoc tasks as required to include support within the team.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with prior experience working as part of a team within the Wealth Management industry, although full training will be given. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
