Supporting Pupils with Social and Emotional Needs

**Job Description:**
As a SEMH specialist teaching assistant, you will work in Enhanced Resource Provisions to support students with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of lessons and activities designed to promote social, emotional and academic development, as well as providing one-to-one support to pupils as needed.
**Key Skills and Qualities:**
- Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
- Compassionate and empathetic approach
- Ability to develop and implement strategies to support pupils with SEMH needs
**Requirements:**
An ideal candidate will have a Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience. In-house training will be provided to the right candidates.
**Salary:** £24,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
