About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial to join our team at Plum Fintech. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our commercial and pricing strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and expansion across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial and pricing strategy, aligning with our business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead the development of our subscription pricing model, ensuring it is competitive and aligned with customer needs.
  • Formulate a pricing strategy for our savings and investment products, taking into account customer segments and market dynamics.
  • Oversee the expansion of our business into new markets, including France and Greece, leveraging our existing partnerships and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of commercial and pricing initiatives.
  • Drive data-driven decision making, leveraging market research and customer insights to inform commercial and pricing strategies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, responsible for commercial and pricing functions, and ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in owning and growing PnL of key B2C products, using commercial and pricing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of pricing economic fundamentals and methodologies, with experience in building pricing scenarios.
  • Experience in international expansion projects, with a track record of success in driving growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Impact-driven, with a self-starter mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
