About This Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Administrator to join our team at West Point Medical Centre. This exciting opportunity is for an experienced receptionist/administrative individual who can provide high-quality support to our patients and healthcare professionals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage new and follow-up patient appointments using the EMIS web system.
- Direct patients to the correct professional or service and maintain accurate records of patient care.
- Act as a chaperone as required and provide administrative support to the Practice team.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including managing workflow tasks.
- Support the team in the effective use of searches, audits, and recalls.
Key Requirements:
- Experience of working in a GP practice (Reception/Admin)
- IT skills and ability to use the EMIS web system
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks efficiently
