Clinical Team Administrator

The Clinical Team Administrator will undertake general office duties including the typing of medical and other correspondence, including taking minutes of the MDT meetings and other meetings as delegated by the Senior Administrator and actioning any requirements identified within the meetings. The Team Administrator will be responsible for receiving, processing, scanning and forwarding of referrals. Management of the CPA forward planner to ensure all CPA appointments are booked within the agreed timeframe. Ability to prioritise workload.
Liaise with General Practitioner regarding clinic and domiciliary visits. Liaise with outside agencies, including Social Services, Coroners office, other hospitals, general and geriatric, medical services, clients, and their relatives using their knowledge and judgement of any given situation. Ensure all discharge and summaries are agreed within timeframes.
