Waterworks is a leading luxury brand in the US bath and kitchen industry, renowned for its exquisite designs and high-quality products. As a Design Sales Consultant, you will be part of a collaborative and creative environment that values innovation and customer satisfaction.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled Design Sales Consultant to join our team in London, expanding our brand presence in the UK and globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for exceeding revenue targets, maintaining a profitable client portfolio, and providing tailored solutions for clients' design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Waterworks brand and products to assigned clients and leads, focusing on the trade.
- Develop and maintain productive business relationships with clients to understand their needs and capture sales opportunities.
- Create an outside marketing plan to cultivate project quotes and orders, meeting assigned goals.
- Utilize social media, networking, and other avenues to build and grow client relationships.
- Meet with clients to present product lines and secure orders, managing all phases of client projects.
- Provide monthly/weekly updates to your manager on pipeline and project status.
- Manage and track client marketing activities through our CRM system.
- Provide a superior client experience to enhance long-term relationships, brand loyalty, and market share.
- Actively participate in industry and showroom events to drive sales and grow market share.
Requirements
3+ years of outside/inside sales and/or business development experience in the luxury brand environment.Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and marketing quotas and goals.Ability to understand and translate clients' needs into sales.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales transactions.Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.Plumbing and/or tile industry experience preferred.Ability to market outside of the showroom up to 50% of the week.Travel up to 30% to local clients and to markets outside of the UK.-
