Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to drive growth and expand our direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing D2C sales and customer acquisition.
  • Manage and optimize paid marketing channels, including PPC, social media ads, and affiliate marketing, to maximize sales and ROI.
  • Enhance website visibility and traffic through effective SEO strategies and engaging content that drives conversions.
  • Analyze performance data to track campaign success, identify sales opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop and implement digital product strategies that align with marketing goals and drive sales growth.
  • Create and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
  • Engage with customers, build brand loyalty, and encourage repeat purchases using digital channels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in scaling D2C brands through digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive sales-focused decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with strong communication and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
