- Support residents with daily living tasks, such as cooking, appointments, medication management, and budgeting.
- Encourage and enable residents to re-learn skills and take on new challenges in a safe and supportive environment.
- Celebrate every step towards greater independence and mental health recovery, providing emotional support during difficult times.
- Complete various training programs, including the Care Certificate, behavior support, and first aid.
- Participate in our induction program, buddy scheme, and virtual learning platform to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
