The Role
As a Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as supporting residents with food, drink, and following their care plans. You will also spend one-on-one time with residents, creating great moments and memories. Every day will be different, so you can expect to undertake work that's as varied as it is rewarding. As a Care Assistant, you could be doing anything from supporting residents with their personal care needs to ensuring that each of our residents has meaningful interactions and social connections.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus benefits and rewards package, including free training and development, access to wellbeing and support tools, and a range of retail discounts and savings. Person Specification
Essential qualifications include some experience in caring for older people, a positive and can-do attitude, and strong communication skills. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through, but above all, you'll have the compassion needed to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents. In return, we'll provide all the necessary training to help you thrive in this role.
