We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Community Living Assistant. This rewarding role involves supporting residents with daily living tasks, enabling them to live independently in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with personal care, household chores, and meal preparation.
- Aid with budgeting, medication management, and routine appointments.
- Encourage participation in local activities, including days out and leisure pursuits.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field (desired).
- Relevant work experience, preferably as a support worker or similar role.
- Certifications such as Care Certificate, behaviour support, and first aid.
- Competitive hourly rate: £11.60 per hour.
- Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check.
- Minimum of two references covering the last 3 years.
