Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business and maintaining existing revenues across our hotel portfolio in the South region. The ideal candidate should have excellent sales skills, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to develop key sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Maintain and build relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity, using this information to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, marketing or business.
  • Proven sales experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
Salary

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
