Job Title: Spa Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Eden Hotel Collection. As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the spa, including managing the reception desk, diary management, and general spa operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the team of therapists, receptionists, and general assistants to ensure exceptional guest experience.
  • Contribute to driving sales and revenue through diary management and therapist utilization.
  • Manage budgets, stock control, and reporting on the spa's financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to continually surpass customer expectations.
  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional standards and a '5 bubble spa rating' guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Progressed from a therapist background into a spa management role within a luxury spa or hotel.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to maximize revenues through diary management and therapist utilization.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to nurture, develop, and inspire staff.
  • Previous experience in training and developing staff and a passion for apprenticeships and continuous learning.
  • Ability to work regular weekends during peak trading periods.
