Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and engaging interviews with candidates applying for temporary therapist positions
  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to assess their suitability for various client assignments

Requirements
  • Excellent PC and typing skills, with confidence in using Word, Excel, and CRM systems, as well as mobile and apps
  • Previous experience interviewing is essential
  • Working within a current or previous recruitment role would be beneficial
  • Working knowledge of the Spa and Wellness industry would be highly desirable
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Passion for sales
