Talent Acquisition Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our talent team as a Recruitment Talent Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage candidate communication, ensuring timely updates and expectations are met.
  2. Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and the company website to attract top talent.
  3. Assist in preparing and delivering job offers, ensuring compliance with all legal and company guidelines.
  4. Identify and suggest enhancements to the recruitment process, focusing on candidate experience and overall efficiency.
  5. Engage with prospective businesses through targeted outreach to gather insights about potential clients and establish connections with decision-makers.
