Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our talent team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Job Posting Management: Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and our company website to attract the right talent.
- Offer Management: Assist in preparing and delivering job offers, ensuring compliance with all legal and company guidelines.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest enhancements to the recruitment process, especially focusing on candidate experience and overall efficiency.
- Business Development: Engage with prospective businesses through targeted outreach to gather insights about potential clients and establish connections with decision-makers.
