Key Responsibilities:

As a Fulfilment Manager, you'll be responsible for sourcing and screening top talent, reviewing CVs, and conducting in-depth interviews to understand what makes our candidates tick. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to find the perfect match.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, resourcing, or talent management. You'll have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong relationships with our clients and candidates. Previous experience of coaching, leading, or managing people would be beneficial, as would opportunities for growth and development within our company.
