About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 9-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top IT talent to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage top IT talent.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, creating a talent pipeline for current and future opportunities.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote itecopeople as an employer of choice.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in a talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment role, preferably within the IT sector.
  2. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  3. A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.

  5. Competitive salary negotiable on experience with commission available and benefits package.
  6. Location: Hybrid working with an office near Cirencester/Cheltenham.
  7. Contract Type: 9-Month Fixed Term (Maternity Cover).
