About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Spa Manager to join our team at The Greenway Hotel & Spa, Cheltenham. As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our luxurious spa, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the reception desk, diary management, and general spa operations.
- Lead a team of therapists, receptionists, and general assistants to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Manage budgets, stock control, and financial reporting for the spa.
- Contribute to the development of the spa team, providing training and opportunities for personal growth.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a spa management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment.
- Commercial acumen and ability to maximize revenues through diary management and therapist utilization.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills to nurture and develop staff.
- Ability to work regular weekends during peak trading periods.
