About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at The Greenway Hotel & Spa, Cheltenham. As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the spa, including managing the reception desk, diary management, and leading a team of therapists and receptionists.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the spa's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality treatments
- Manage the spa's budget, including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and payroll controls
- Lead and develop a team of therapists and receptionists, providing training and support to ensure excellent service delivery
- Contribute to driving sales and revenue growth through effective diary management and therapist utilization
- Collaborate with the hotel's management team to ensure seamless integration of spa services with hotel operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in spa management, preferably in a luxury hotel or spa environment
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work regular weekends, as this is our peak trading period
