Book-keeping and Payroll Coordinator

Adele Carr is seeking a highly skilled Book-keeper to join their team. As a Book-keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and managing payroll for 26 employees. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills and take responsibility for the whole function.
The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on experience with accounting software, previous accounts experience in an SME, and the ability to work independently. If you are looking for a new challenge and want to grow with the company, this position is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Process invoices
- Manage payroll for 26 employees
- Perform daily credit control and cash forecasting
- Produce weekly payment runs
- Handle inter company transactions
- Support directors with project work
- BALANCE SHEET RECONCILIATIONS AND PROFIT AND LOSS REPORTS
Requirements:
- Recent hands-on experience within a work placement working with Sage Line 50 or Xero
- Previous accounts experience within an SME or owner-managed business
- Able to work on your own initiative and prioritise work
