Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Manager

TechPoint is seeking a Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead the management of current and future product-related compliance and regulation, including quality systems.

As the head of compliance and regulatory affairs, you will work closely with sales and products teams to resolve quality issues, conduct audits, and maintain clear communication with customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing compliance and regulatory affairs for TechPoint's products
  • Leading quality system management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Developing and implementing compliance and regulatory strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Experience with process management, CRM, and ERP systems, specifically Salesforce
  • Previous experience in quality or compliance-focused roles
  • Proficient auditing and compliance experience
  • Engineering background, ideally Electronics Manufacturing, specifically working in Quality and Compliance roles
  • Excellent report writing and communication skills

Preferred qualifications include experience within product management and a full clean UK driving license.
