Overview:
**Duties**:
- Drive the delivery of excellent childcare and learning experiences for children.
- Utilise leadership skills to effectively manage and support the nursery team.
- Implement early childhood education practices to enhance children's development.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Create an organised and stimulating environment within the nursery setting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting.
- level 2 or 3 Qualifications in Early Childhood Education
- Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and team members effectively.
