Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, colouring, and treatments
- Welcome clients and manage the front desk with professionalism
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Manage the store inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Deliver outstanding customer service to build lasting relationships
- Demonstrate expertise in barbering techniques
- Mentor junior stylists to help them develop their skills

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon environment
- Proficiency in a wide range of hair styling techniques and trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively
- Previous experience in store management is advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Familiarity with mentoring junior stylists
