Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, colouring, and treatments
- Provide expert advice to clients on hair care and maintenance
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Conduct barbering services for male clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Manage the front desk duties when needed
- Mentor junior stylists in developing their skills
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of workstations

**Skills**:

- Proficient in all aspects of hair styling, cutting, and colouring techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of store management practices is a plus
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
- Capability to mentor and guide junior stylists in their professional development

**Experience**:

- stylist: 1 year (preferred)
- Hairdressing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2 (preferred)
