We are seeking Youth Development Workers to join our supported accommodation home in Winchester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and developing young people to achieve their full potential, providing guidance and advocacy throughout their journey.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing emotional support and listening services
  • Assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation and housekeeping
  • Collaborating with professionals to ensure the well-being and safety of each young person

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Compassion and empathy towards young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently

The salary for this role is £11.75 per hour, negotiable upon experience.
