Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Transformation Specialist. As a key member of our Client Services or Community Management team, you will be responsible for working on a wide range of projects and brands, from ideation to output.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding the overall concept of a social transformation agency, services provided, and how we add value to global brands' strategies.
  • Creating and managing social media posts and campaigns.
  • Communicating with clients on a day-to-day basis.
  • Reporting and analyzing social media performance.
  • Brainstorming and ideating with the team.
  • Participating and presenting in meetings and calls, internal and external.
  • Organizing and managing calls and team connects to keep projects moving.
  • Supporting with identification of and communication with influencers.
  • Assisting teams with ad-hoc or reactive projects.
  • Proposing creative ideas and new ways of thinking, and sharing inspiration with the team.
  • Collaborating with fellow team members to deliver projects and campaigns.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the world of social and marketing, with a strong understanding of social media trends and platforms. You should be a team player with a can-do attitude, a positive and proactive approach, and a hunger for learning and problem-solving.

Requirements include:

  • Passionate and knowledgeable about Social Media – up to speed with evolving trends.
  • Strong IT skills, including MSOffice – ready to pick up new tools and software quickly.
  • A self-starter with reams of initiative.
  • Organized.
  • Research skills.
