Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Social Media Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Client Services or Community Management team, you will be responsible for working on a wide range of projects and brands, from ideation to output.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Understand the overall concept of a social transformation agency and how we add value to global brands' strategies
- Create and manage social media posts and campaigns
- Communicate with clients on a day-to-day basis
- Report and analyze social media performance
- Brainstorm and ideate with the team
- Participate and present in meetings/calls, internal and external
- Organize and manage calls and team connects to keep projects moving
- Support with identification of and communication with influencers
- Assist teams with ad-hoc or reactive projects
- Propose creative ideas and new ways of thinking, and share inspiration with the team
- Collaborate with fellow team members to deliver projects and campaigns
